Temporary Third-Party Fiat Transaction Delays
A number of our partners are taking a break in the period between December 23 and December 27, as well as on January 2 due to the holiday season.
This may result in third-party processing delays for some fiat transactions, namely wallet top-ups and withdrawals in EUR, GBP, and USD, as well as credit line withdrawals for all supported fiat currencies.
We kindly ask that you read the information below about which currencies may be affected and the corresponding dates.
EUR
Top-ups and withdrawals in EUR requested between December 23, 2022 and December 27, 2022 will be processed on December 28, 2022. Requests made on January 2, 2023 will be processed on January 3, 2023.
GBP
Top-ups and withdrawals in GBP requested between December 25, 2022 and December 27, 2022 will be processed on December 28, 2022. Requests made on January 2, 2023 will be processed on January 3, 2023.
USD
Top-ups and withdrawals in USD requested between December 25, 2022 and December 26, 2022 will be processed on December 27, 2022. Requests made on January 2, 2023 will be processed on January 3, 2023.
There will be NO delays for crypto top-ups and withdrawals.
