For a business with an annual turnover of less than R10 million, a BBBEE certificate is not required for verification purposes? A business owner can complete an affidavit, signed by a Commissioner of Oaths and submit it instead of the BBBEE Certificate. You can download the BBBEE for free on the Department Trade and Industries, CIPC or Contracts4biz.
